- Minimum 25 pax for all orders.
- Takeaway option applies if:
a. Number of pax is lesser than 25 pax
b. Refreshment menu selection is $1.80, $2.50, $3.00
Beverage will be packet drink or mineral water
Option to convert to buffet set up with an additional fee of $20 per session
Buffet set up may be offered to number of pax above 100 pax depending on order
- Bio-degraadable cutleries, utensils, serviettes & thrash bag provided
- All prices quoted subjected to 7%GST.
- All orders should be placed 4 days in advance.
- Any changes to the orders should be done 2 days before date of event. Otherwise there will be a admin fee of $20 per change.
- KG Catering reserves the right to replace any food items that are not available.
- Food labels are not included in our package
- Delivery charge is waived for 100 pax and above unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery charge is $30 for 1 or 2 trips in a day
- Delivery charge is $50 for 3 trips and above in a day
- Delivery charge is at $50 for odd hours catering regardless the number of pax (between 8pm to 7am – Setup timing)
- Delivery charge is at $50 for all orders on the eve of public holiday and on public holiday regardless the number of pax.
- Additional $20 surcharge per hour for collection after 10pm. KG Catering also reserve the rights to decline late collection request.
- Surcharge of $20 – $80 applicable for deliveries to venues without lift landing.
- Do note that for all orders there should be a delivery buffer time up to 30mins from the stated time.
- 50% of Invoice amount is chargeable for cancellation made a day before the actual event date.
- 100% of the Invoice amount is chargeable for cancellation made on the day itself.
