Frequently Asked Questions

  • Delivery charge is at $30 for 1 or 2 trips
  • Delivery charge is at $50 for 3 trips and above
  • Delivery charge is waived for 100 pax and above unless otherwise stated
  • Delivery charge will be $50 for locations in Tuas district
  • Delivery charge will be $50 for odd hours catering regardless the number of pax (between 8pm to 7am – Setup timing)
  • Delivery charge will be $50 for all orders on Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays regardless the number of pax
  • We do not do delivery to offshore locations (Pulau Tekong, Saint John Island). Delivery up till ferry terminal only
  • We do not do deliveries into Jurong Island
  • Our minimum number of pax is 25 for all menus for a buffet set up. For orders below 25pax, food items will be in disposable takeaway trays, beverage to be packet drinks or bottled water
     
  • We require a minimum of 15pax for delivery
  • For Value Refreshment menus, items are provided 1 to 1 to the number of pax. For the rest of the menus there will be an approximate of 10% buffer
  • For buffet set up, chafing dish will be provided for hot food
     
  • Disposable bio-degradable cutleries, thrash bags & serviettes will be provided
     
  • Food labels are not included in our package
  • K G Catering is Halal Certified. You may download our Halal Certificate by clicking on the Halal logo at the top of the website
  • To replace an order, do let us have the order details at least 4 days in advance for our processing
  • For any changes in the order, do inform us at least 2 days in advance. This includes cancellation of order, increase or decrease in the numner of pax. Otherwise do refer to our Terms & Conditions for any charges.
